Technical Sales Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading B2B sales initiatives for KP Labs’ Smart Mission Ecosystem and related space technologies.
- Acting as the primary account manager for key commercial clients, including satellite operators, integrators, and constellation developers.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with institutional and commercial partners.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across European and global markets, especially within ESA, Horizon Europe, EDF, and POLSA frameworks.
- Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and technical presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Supporting proposal development and responding to RFI/RFPs with compelling, client-focused documentation.
- Representing KP Labs at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote our offerings and expand our network.
- Monitoring market trends in satellite constellations and commercial space missions to align KP Labs’ offerings with evolving customer needs.
What we except:
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales and account management, ideally in the space, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of satellite systems, payloads, mission operations, or AI-based solutions.
- Experience working with commercial clients in the constellation market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Technical degree (engineering, physics, computer science or related field) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
- Familiarity with business etiquette and high personal culture.
